Mental Health Tip: Letter To Your Mentor

The mental health tip for today is an activity that will help you to thrive 🌱🌿🌳 in life!

We spend so much time talking about how to manage or treat mental health issues, today I wanted to encourage you to do a little positive psychology activity to make your heart ❤ sing 🎶 and build someone else up at the same time.

Step 1. Think 🤔💭of someone who has helped you become the person you are. Someone who believed in you or encouraged you, or mentored you.

Step 2. Take the time to write them a letter✍, be specific about what you feel their influence in your life has done for you 📝

Step 3. Make a time and meet up with them (if possible) and read the letter to them💝

If they live far away you could video call, FaceTime🤳, Skype👩‍💻, messenger call📲 or zoom🖥 them. If that’s not an option then send it in the post 📮💟

Be warned…your heart will most likely expand 💗 in your chest and you will absolutely make someone’s day 🥰
